How To Use Our Service

Our service is valuable, convenient & extremely simple to use.

1) To arrange for pick-up of your laundry: Call 954.593.6277 the day before you'd like a pick-up. To expedite the process you may also print & fill out our Client Service Form , then call us to arrange for pick-up.  

2) Leave your freshly laundered items in a designated spot on the scheduled pick-up morning (remember to leave the Client Service Form on top of the laundry). You need not be present. We will pick-up your laundry between 8AM-12PM.  

3) After carefully hand-pressing your laundry, your folded items are placed in an eco-friendly reusable tote. Your items that are hung are placed in a high-quality garment bag we provide, FREE of charge. The tote & garment bag are specifically yours & may be re-used for your next servicing.    

4) The following day your laundry is delivered between 5PM-8PM (excludes same-day & 48-hour Linen/bedding service), & PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT.
